Project Approach
- Establishment of Project Team members, consisting of key company officials and J. M. Mullis, Inc.
- Development of pertinent criteria; based on the completion of a proprietary Pertinent Criteria Questionnaire developed by J. M. Mullis, Inc.
- Logistics integration.
- Determination of the geography of consideration.
- Completion of a Location Analysis Document comparing a select group of location candidates.
- Visits by J. M. Mullis, Inc. to fully qualify and/or prepare finalist candidate locations for Project Team visit.
- Project Team visits to, and the selection of, a location candidate finalist group.
- Selection of the preferred location candidate, and its physical site for new facility construction and/or available existing facility.
- Negotiations of a final comprehensive incentive package by J. M. Mullis, Inc.
- The creation, and documentation of, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the selected location and the Company.
- Project physical development evaluation and resolution.
- Assistance to address any remaining considerations, as needed:
- Environmental evaluations.
- Equipment relocation and/or installation.
- Management assessment / approaches for the cultural merging of Company and new location.
