Our 8th major project for Spirit AeroSystems since 2005

We wanted to share with you an article that was published by Aviation Week on Feb. 20^th. This is a chronology of the most successful airplane program in the history of commercial aviation – the Boeing 737. It focuses on the 737 fuselage which has been manufactured and shipped from Spirit AeroSystems (formerly Boeing until 2005) iconic Plant 2 for the past 51 years.

The Spirit $1.0 Billion project announcement will create 1,000 new jobs, in Wichita, KS. This is our 8^th major project for Spirit since 2005.
